Under the sponsorship of the Ministry of Youth and Sports in the North of Gaza, Rawad Center for Training and Development opened the youth branch of Rowad association for Society Development and the Jabalia Youth Development Center a training course entitled "Skills of Communication and Effective Communication" at Abu Madin Shuaib Al-Tlemceni Endowment in Gaza. 30 students and graduates from different specializations and elite youth interested in charitable and humanitarian work have participated in the courses.

The ceremony was attended by Head of the center, Mohammed Abu Sido and Director of the Ministry of Youth Directorate in North Gaza and Dr. Mohammed Al-Sahar, Head of Youth Section Atef Salha, and Instructor of the course, Mr. Majid Al-Zubdah. Abusido welcomed the participants of the course hoping that the course will be helpful for them. He also stressed on the implementation of many developmental activities and programs that will be implemented by the Center during the current year.

Dr.Al-Sahar confirmed that his ministry will strive to cooperate with the youth centers to sponsor and provide many courses and workshops aiming young people to develop their abilities and skills to go through life and build a bright future.

It should be noted that the course dealt with several topics, the most important of which was the importance of effective communication and its components, obstacles to communication and its means, and the skills of speaking to others.
