On Thursday, 9^th of August 2012, 'Rowad Society for Social Development' distributed food parcels on 600 poor families in Amer and Ebad AlRahman areas in west of Gaza City

This relief project comes to continue food parcels project that was implemented by Rowad during Ramadan, where 150 food parcels were distributed at the beginning of the holy month Ramadan

Mr. Rabah Bakhit 'Chairman of Rowad Society' pointed out that Rowad seeks to implement Iftar Project during the last ten days of Ramadan, in which hundreds of Palestinian families will be benefited. He also clarified that this project comes within various projects were implemented by Rowad during the holy month Ramadan which include: Iftars , poor and orphans sponsorships

Besides to that, Bakhit explained that Rowad is preparing in the last ten days of Ramadan to distribute AlFiter charity-Zakah- on poor families, confirming that Rowad seeks to serve poor and needy families and tries to offer them the best , he also praised everyone who contributed to projects' success and worked to ease those families' suffering

It is worth mentioning that Rowad Society is preparing to implement a project ' School Uniform' after Eid AlFiter directly, in which hundreds of needy students will get benefits
