A delegation from Rowad Society for Social Development visited Palestine Technical College in Gaza, it included: Mr. Rabah Bakhit' Chairman of Board Directors', Mr. Raed ALSa'ty' and Dr. MagedYassin, Members of Board Directors' and Mr. Mohammed Abu Sedo 'Manager of Rowad', and they were received by Dr.Emad AbdAllah Edwan 'College Dean', Mr. Ayman Taneera' Vice Dean of Academic Affairs' and Mr. Mohammed Almasry' Head of Puplic Relations'.

Mr. Rabah Bakhit confirmed that this visit aims to build cooperation bridges and promote joint work between Rowad and the college through facilitating access to target student category that Rowad is concerned about; to provide its services and benefits 

As part of the Dean welcoming for the joint work, and confirmed the college interest in cooperation with serious organizations which concern about students, Dr. Edwan gave a short brief about college history, its development stages, research centers, technical, academic and technological services 

During the meeting, Rowad provided financial assistance to needy students, and in return Mr. Edwan thanked Rowad for the moral and material support to many students which left positive impact in their spirits.

At the end of the visit, Mr. Edwan gave college shield to Rowad as recognition of its efforts,excellence and leadership in relief field, rehabilitation and developing the Palestinian Society. The College Administration took the delegation in a recognition tour included college departments, laboratories and to see projects that were implemented by students 

In another context, Rowad provided many development and relief projects in the Gaza Strip; to support Palestinian people to overcome difficulties and obstacles, especially because of the imposed unjust siege
