Rowad concludes Qurban project 2019

Rowad Association for Society Development – Palestine- concluded sacrificing and distributing sacrificial meat to poor families in the Gaza Strip this year, with a total of 15078 families in need. 

Mr. Rabah Bakhit, chairman of Rowad Association said that this project included the distribution of fresh sacrificial meat to the most caring families, unemployed, poor, needy families of orphans, wounded and the handicapped. He pointing out that this project comes within the framework of the association's leading role in providing in-kind assistance to the marginalized Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.

For his part Eng. Mohammad Abu Sedo, director of the association, said that “Rowad” considers Qurban project one of the important seasonal projects, because of its humanitarian and religious aspect, it achieves the principle of social solidarity and extends a helping hand to the needy people. Rowad carries out the project every year in a sense of responsibility towards the besieged Palestinian people, standing beside them and sharing the joy of Eid.
