Rowad conducts a course in "Horse Riding" for youth and juniors

Within Pioneers program, which was launched in the mid of June 2013, Rowad Association for Community Development finished a training course in "Horse Riding", which was implemented in the Palestine Horseman Forum and it was attended by 50 young people.

Trainer, Ahmed Abdelal, talked about the course and said that it aimed at teaching youth and juniors how to ride horses. Moreover, it increases their self-confidence and teaches them bravery. The course included many phases as turning turning successively, bending body forward and backward on the back of the horse, waist exercise and horse jumping. 

Mohammed Abu Sido, director of the association, thanked the trainer for his distinct performance. He added that this course fulfills prophet Mohammed (PBUH) hadith "A strong believer is better and is more lovable to Allah than a weak believer, and there is good in everyone" and caliph Omer Ben Khattab saying "Teach your children swimming, archery and horse riding". Abu Side added that this course comes within a series of training developmental and cultural courses target young people. Moreover, they are within Pioneers program, which was launched in the mid of June 2013. The association aims at holding more courses and cultural seminars that promote the youth and their abilities.

 

From their side, the participants expressed their happiness and satisfaction for gaining new experience in horse riding. They said that the course taught them a lot and increased their self-confidence and bravery.

 

It is worth mentioning that Rowad finished lately a training course in "The Art of Time Management" for juniors in Gaza City.
