Rowad Association for Community Development, with the participation of Mr. Ismail Bo Aqlash, an Algerian member in the delegation of "Miles of Smiles 20", distributed food packages on poor families in northwest Gaza.

One of the visits was to the injured "Mosa Yassen" house, who was wounded during Alqsa Intifada (upspring) and he raises 9 children. Mosa also suffers from diseases related to kidney and pancreas.

Mr. Mohammed Abu Sido, director of the association, said that this project is part of other series implemented by Rowad during the last month, which includes financial aids and sponsorships for children and orphans. He also stressed that the association will continue in conducting its programs and seasonal activities to serve more beneficiaries from the Palestinian society. Abu Sido pointed out that such projects come in compatible with association's objectives and humanitarian message to support the steadfastness of our people in the light of the imposed siege.

It is worth mentioning that Rowad prepares for Clothing projects, which targets 40 needy families.
