Rowad Society for Social Development started distributing orphans' sponsorship in the Gaza Strip on Monday with funding from Khayrat institution- Turkey. 150 orphans, children of martyrs, received their sponsorships in the society’s headquarters.

Program of orphans’ sponsorships is one of the permanent relief programs that Roto enhance the social solidarity, especially after the number of orphans has increased due to repeated Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip. Rowad seeks to intensify its activities that support this category.

It is worth mentioning that Rowad has distributed orphans’ sponsorships funded by different parties and the beneficiaries’ number is 341 orphans and it will distribute their monthly sponsorships as a part of the annual plan of 2016.
