Rowad Association for Community Development finished distributing sponsorships on orphans. This project is funded generously by Jerusalem Endowment – Holland and targeted nearly 60 orphans, and the sponsorships are distributed monthly.

Mr. Mohammed Abu Sido, head of the association, said that this process comes as part of the association's commitment to help orphans who lost their breadwinner. He added that the association will continue in implementing its various programs and activities to serve the largest number of Palestinian orphans to fulfill its mission and objectives, especially in the light of the tight siege the Strip lives in.

Mr. Abu Sido expressed his thanks to the brother at Jerusalem Endowment association for their support and sponsorships for orphans. He also called upon them to continue standing beside these children and their families in order to enable them to face the hard economic situation in Gaza Strip. Finally, he called other donating organizations to exert more efforts to help Gaza orphans to live happier life.
