Rowad Society for Social Development distributed tens of school bags and stationary to the poor and affected families due to the last war on Gaza. The implementation of this project coincides the coming of a new school year.

Mr. Mohammad Abo Seedo, the manager of Rowad, elucidated that to implement this project is a humanitarian and moral responsibility that Rowad is obliged to since years in order to ease burdens on the shoulders of poor, needy and affected people from continuous Israeli onslaughts on Gaza leading conditions worse, for the number of affected people reached to 100.000 during the last war as well as 85% are living under poverty line. Worsening conditions increase the responsibilities of the institutions and non-governmental societies.

Mr. Abo Seedo emphasized on the significance of keeping on exerting efforts to help people asserting that such efforts cannot be done without those merciful people who feel the suffering of others. He warmly expressed his gratitude to the philanthropists calling them up to increasing their efforts to support Gazans’ steadfastness.

In this regard, the families of the students who benefited from this project extended their thanks to the Society for the efforts done.
