Rowad Association for Community Development received a Libyan delegation came to Gaza Strip within "Miles of Smiles 21 convoy". The delegation included Dr. Abdulmeneam Hurisha, Dr. Hassan Al Mafhor, Mr. Abdulhamed Mahdi, and Mr. Ahmed AL Gowel. The delegation was received and welcomed by Mr. Rabah Bekhet, head of board of directors, members of the board, Mr. Raed Al Saati, Dr. Majed Yassin and Mr. Mohammed Abu Sido, director of the association .

Mr. Bakhet talked about the importance of such consolidating visits to the Gaza Strip, which support the steadfastness of the Gazan people. He gave the delegation a brief presentation about the relief projects that Rowad conducts during the last periods. He added that this visit consolidates the cooperation between local and international organizations that concern with relief and support the steadfastness of Palestinians.

From his side, Mr. Hurisha thanked Rowad for the hospitality and appreciated its leading role through its relief and developmental projects. He stressed that they stand beside the Palestinian people, and he added, "What we offer for Gaza is not compared with sacrifices the Gazan people make".
