Rowad Society for Social Development has started building Rowad charitable compound “ Endowment of Abi Madeen Shouaib Al Talmacany” who is one of the national symbols in Tlemcen Province in Algeria.

Good people in Tlemcen funded this building. The compound is consisted of 8 floors, 4 floors are finished till now, and it will include a lot of programs relief and development projects that serve wide and marginalized categories in the besieged Gaza.

It will also include special department for social committee to receive the poor and help them, medical laboratory, special department for women, training and development center for youth, Algerian guest house and conference hall to hold different activities.

For his side, Mr. Rabah Bekhiet, the society’s chairman, expressed his deep gratitude for the Algerians and good people in Tlemcen Province for their continuous efforts in supporting the Palestinians confirming that there is a strong relationship between the Palestinian and Algerian peoples.
