A delegation from from Rowad Society for Social Development went to Tmam Shafi Center of Palestinian Ministry of Labour on an official visit. Eng. Mohammed Abo Haya, general manager of vocational training of the ministry, Mr.Akram Ghaben, the center’s manager, and the administrative staff have received Rowad’s delegation which included Mr. Rabah Bekhiet, the society’s president, Mr.Raed Sa’aty, the society’s secretary and Eng.Mohammed Abo Sido, the society’s manager.

Imam Shafi Center’s members welcomed Rowad’s delegation appreciating Rowad society’s role in supporting youth and funding projects for them and confirming the cooperation between government and civil society institutions in helping youth and integrating them in community.

Mr.Bkhiet indicated that his society attaches great importance to such courses due to the belief in the importance of vocational training in community integration process for youth that seeks to develop the national Palestinian economy through preparation of qualified human resources.

He also praised the role of Ministry of Labour for its role in supporting youth and enabling them. It is worth mentioning that Rowad Society has funded mechanics cars, sew for ladies, refrigeration & air conditioning and forging and aluminum courses.
