Today, Rowad Society for Social Development distributed winter relief including to the poor families in Gaza including a stove and two blankets to poor families in the Gaza Strip funded by philanthropists in Libya.

The distribution came under cold weather conditions that the Gaza Strip is passing these days, for winter season is considered an additional suffering.

In this regard, the director of “Rowad” mentioned that the distribution aimed to alleviate families’ suffering thanking philanthropists in Libya for its support to the Palestinian people.

In the same context, the families who benefited from the project demonstrated their appreciation to the Society for its permanent and continuous support demanding the international community to carry its responsibilities to help the poor and disseminate the meanings of solidarity.

It is worth mentioning that “Rowad” ended a project of distributing food parcels last week funded by philanthropists in Libya.
