Andalus Foundation in cooperation with "Rowad" organize a training course entitled Youth Leadership

Rowad Association for Community Development  in cooperation with Jabalia Youth Development Centre (JYDC) and  in and  Andalus Foundation for training and educational services  organized  training course entitled "Youth Leadership", where  twenty-five newly education graduate females  participated in session .This  15 hour course is going to  last for two weeks, during which the trainees are going to learn  teamwork spirit ,skills of teamwork and volunteerism, as well as the secrets of successful leadership and youth initiatives in practical way.

 

Training Services Coordinator Mr.  Belal Musa explained that this session aims to create a generation of leading youth females who is able to hold responsibilities in the collective and voluntary work. Additionally, it aims to integrate the trainee with institutional work market of both the public and private sectors.

 

From his part, the executive manager of Rowad association Mr. Mohammed Abu Sido stressed on the importance of this session to improve Youth capacity towards being young leading figures that are conscious, able to change and make human and future. Mr. Abu Sido added by saying that this session will provide the local community with female graduates who learned the art of leadership, able to make change .And he pointed out that this course is part of a series of courses sponsored and implemented by the association and the JYDC which would develop youth skills and managerial capabilities to be able to cope with the labor market strongly.

 

Abu Sido also praised the great cooperation between the "Rowad" and " Andalus Foundation, and he indicated that this cooperation comes within the association’s policy which aims at creating partnerships with civil society organizations to provide the best services for the public and especially graduates sector and in the pursuit of the participating Parties to achieve leadership and excellence in all fields.
