As a part of its projects and seasonal programs during the holy month of Ramadan, Rowad Association for Community Development (RACD) implemented food parcels project with a kind fund from the Oman initiative to support Palestine. The project included distributing a box of basic commodities and a sack of flour on the poor and needy families in Gaza City.

The executive manager of the association Mr. Mohammed Abu Sido stated that this project is a part of a series of projects   implemented by the association in cooperation with other charitable societies during the holy month of Ramadan to support the steadfastness of our people.

Abu Sido pointed out that the association is going to implement Iftar projects for the poor families in the coming days. He stressed that his association is going to stand by the poor families and serve the besieged Palestinian people in the best way. Also, the former expressed his full thanks and appreciation for everyone who help in the success of these projects and alleviating the suffering of the Palestinian people, especially the executive manager of the Omani initiative Mr. Rashid Al Ribie in Mascut   , and the coordinator of the initiative Mr. Abdullah al Astal for their kind donation and sponsorship for this project. Finally, he urged them to continue their efforts in order to put smiles on the faces of the poor and deprived during the holy month of Ramadan in particular.

From their part, the beneficiaries expressed their full thanks and gratitude for Rowad association and the donors as well, and urged them at the same time to continue their kind efforts which aims at alleviating their sufferings.
