Among preparatory meetings for implementing the project of establishing the Algerian hospital “Abu Madyan Shuayb” for surgery, “Rowad” Society for Social Development and Elwafa Charitable Society held several meetings at Rowad Society to discuss the necessary arrangements to lay the foundation stone for the location of the hospital and start discussing the time of implementation. It is planned to lay the stone foundation for the location of the hospital near the Islamic University to start then its implementation at the same time of the arrival of the Algerian delegation to the Gaza Strip.

The committee included the delegation of “Rowad” represented by the chairman of the board, Mr. Rabah Bkheit, the manager, Mr. Mohammad Abo Seedo, the board members, Mr. Majed Yassin and Mr. Yasser Al-Shanty.

Among the delegation of Elwafa Society were the chairman of the board, Mr. Monther Ahel, the general manager, Mr. Taysir Albeltagy and the board member, Mr. Ibrahim Habib.

Both delegations discussed the whole issue regarding the necessary arrangements for building the hospital, laying the foundation stone, arranging the plans and identifying the time of starting work.

The chairman of the board of “Rowad”, Mr. Rabah Bkheit, asserted on their complete readiness to start building the hospital, clarifying that the Society is seeking to develop the services provided for patients and injured through the strategic plan for “Rowad”

Mr. Bkheit showed the impacts of the siege which hinders from entering the necessary materials to start building the hospital demanding the Egyptian party to ease the procedures of entering construction materials in order to carry out the project.

In this regard, “Rowad” and “Elwafa” expressed their appreciation for Tlecmen people in Algeria for their kind contribution which alleviates the pain suffered from people in the Gaza Strip demanding to further their efforts.
