“Rowad” Society for Social Development ended warm winter project in the Gaza Strip with donations from the Turkish Sadaqa Tashi institution; the project was launched within its programs and relief and development projects which were declared about at the beginning of 2014 in order to insure a good life for the citizen and provide the necessary elements of life for poor families.

The implementation of the campaign was achieved in light of increasing the rates of unemployment and unavailability of job opportunities.

In this regard, the manager of “Rowad”, Mr. Mohammad Abo Seedo mentioned that this project was an annual project that alleviates the suffering of needy families, especially that the project targeted a wide category of the people whose houses were badly affected by the storm which hit the Palestinian territories, while the families who benefited from the project expressed their thanks for the Society for its continuous support demanding the international community to shoulder the responsibility to support the poor and disseminate the meanings of solidarity into the society.

It is remarkable that “Rowad” ended  the project of urgent aids for the families affected by floods at the beginning of this week.
