The general department of the Palestinian Ministry of Labor has honored Rowad Society for Social Development for its generous support to the vocational training program at Al-Emam Al-Shafei center for 2015-2016 where Mr.Raed Alsaaty, the society’s member of the board, received the honor shield.

This ceremony was organized by the Labor Ministry in which 250 vocational students have graduated.

Alsaaty said that supporting such programs is one of the society’s goals seeking to achieve community integration for youth and economic, social and psychological support to the marginalized families which would make them active individuals in their community. He also added that this support is one of the society’s beliefs in community integration and cooperation with other institutions to work within vocational training field to provide the local market with professional and qualified labor force. He also praised the role of the minister of Labor in supporting and enabling the youth.

For his side, Eng.Mohammed Abohaya, the general manager of vocational department of the ministry, thanked Rowad for implementing such programs confirming on the importance of cooperation between the government , the NGOS and civil society institutions in supporting and helping the youth.
