Aiming at building bridges of communication and cooperation with institutions working in the field of relief and development,  A delegation of Rowad association for community development visited Al Raham Society for Relief and Development, where the delegation included Mr. Abdul Nabi al-Rantissi head of the union of institutions in western Gaza and Mr. Rabah Bakhit Chairman of the Board and Mr. Raed Al-Saaty  a board member, Mr. Mohammed Abu Sido  the executive manager and Mr. Mohamed al-Nono, public relations and media  officer of the association, the delegation was received by Dr. Ahmad Sharaf.

Mr. Bakhit talked about Rowad society, its foundation and the nature of its programs and implemented projects. Additionally, he tackled the programs of funding small entrepreneur developing projects and the housing rehabilitation program for the poor. He also talked about the Youth Developing Centre which is sponsored by the association and aims at discovering youth talents and brush up on their skills through launching Rowad Youth Program recently, and he stated that the association is going to implement some projects during the holy month of Ramadan.

Mr. Abu Seido added that the association implements another project aims at empowering the Palestinian families to make their living with dignity which is the charitable endowment in the holy land of Palestine. The quarter of the net profit of the project is allotted to help a vulnerable and impoverish scale of the society i.e. orphans, the poor families, r students and patients. He stressed on the reward of sponsoring such project due to being an ongoing charity work that gains the an eternal reward from Allah.

In his turn, Mr. Sharaf expressed his full thanks and appreciation for the visiting delegation on their wonderful visit and his deep satisfaction of the projects and programs implemented by the association, which would elevate the level of relief and development works in the Gaza Strip. Furthermore, he showed his association, Al Rahma Society for Relief and Development, readiness to cooperate with the Rowad Association in implementing a number of programs and projects in the field of relief and development.

At the end of the meeting, the directors of Rowad Association granted Al Rahma Society the shield of gratitude in recognition of its relentless and generous efforts in serving the Palestinian people.
