Within the project of Back to School of 2016-2017 that is implemented by Rowad Society for Social Development each year, Rowad distributed hundreds of school bags and stationeries to the poor and needy in the Gaza Strip.

Eng.Mohammed Abosiod, the society’s manager, said that this project aims to alleviate the financial burdens of the poor families that can’t offer the basic needs as school’s requirements for their sons.

The project aims to draw smiles on the faces of those poor students as the education is an important element in the Palestinian’s life and improves the individual personality, so Rowad gives priority for such projects in the Gaza Strip to support the students of the Strip in order to continue the process of reconstruction in the region.
