Rowad Society for Social Development distributed in-kind assistance to the need and poor families in Gaza yesterday. The aid includes blanket and heater; this is one of the seasonal aid offered by the society in winter.

Mr.Rabah Bekhiet, the society’s chairman, said that this project is a result of continuous contacts made by Rowad with charities to support poor and needy families in Gaza.

He also said that such projects represent the society’s goals in supporting the poor and needy, especially under the deterioration of social conditions, the Israeli siege and winter seasons which is considered as a suffering for the poor families.

For his side, Mr.Mohammed Abosid, the society’s executive manager, indicates that Rowad will always help and support the marginalized categories in the Strip.
