Rowad Society for Social Development held awareness culturesfor women within project" Response to psychological pressure and violence against children during and after state of emergency".

The project targets women in Northwest of Gaza whose children suffer from psychological and social conditions due to the wars against the Strip and the siege imposed Mrs. Arwa Alabadla, the instructor, said that these lectures talk about educational goals for children, the importance of tenderness for children and their feelings, way of resolving problems and seriousness of the physical and emotional punishment and emotional reactions and their impact on education.

Eng. Yasser Alshanti, the society chairman s deputy, explained that this project seeks to treat the social and psychological impact of the wars on the children as they lived days full of pain, suffering, anxiety and fear.

Eng. Abosido, the society s executive manager, said that Rowad attaches importance to the children and this project is one of many others concerning children and this project comes in line with the society s policy.
