Gaza-Rowad Society for Social Development has ended the project of distribution hundreds of food packages to the needy and poor families in Gaza, with generous support from Sadaka Tasi institution-Turkey.

Mr.Rabah Bakhit, Rowad’s chairman of the board of the directors, said that the food parcels project targeted hundreds of sheltered and disadvantaged Palestinian families at Gaza City during the holy month of Ramadan, as part of Goodness Grass campaign of Ramadan, in which Rowad has implemented dozens of relief projects.

He also confirmed that Rowad will continue making efforts to achieve its goals.

For his side, Mr.Mohammed Abosiod, the society’s manger, expressed his deep gratitude for Sadaqa Tasi institution for their efforts in helping the needy families and supporting the Palestinians’ steadfastness.

It’s worth mention that Rowad has distributed more than 1300 food packages to families in different areas in Gaza with cooperation with local, Arab and international institutions during the holy month of Ramadan.
