Rowad have Iftar with a poor family

In our benevolent march, we sympathize with the pains and agonies of vulnerable people and alleviate their suffering. Here, in the house of Abu Dan family, located in Al karama area – North of Gaza strip, where its residents suffer from heat in summer and leaking ceiling in winter due to its old construction. The place where children are suffering from poverty and deprivation of having their minimum needs.

When our staff had reached this house where we were welcomed by the adorable smiles of the lovely kids and their father Al haj- Abu Mousa who seated them in the saloon.  Surprisingly, we realized a bitter fact; the room we are sitting in is not also a sitting room but is also the study room, sitting room, bed room and kitchen as well. In fact, the house for the poor parents and their ten family members (4 boys-6 girls) consisted only of one room.  Despite all these hardships, the sixty year head of the family, who quitted working twenty years agodue to deterioration in his health conditions and became unable to support his family, seemed to be contented and thanked Allah all the time for the great privilege of being a Muslim.

The visiting staff of Rowad supplicated to Allah before having Iftar then they shared it with the hosting poor family where children were eating their delicious meal gladly.

After having the meal, Rowad staff helped in cleaning the house, had the coffee and said goodbye for the family.

They promised this family to present their case before the benevolent people in order to support them.
