As a part of its activities in winter, funded by  Miles of Smiles Organization, Rowad Association for Community Development distributes winter clothing (coat , boots ,cap, blight and mittens) to hundreds of poor families in Gaza City.

Mr. Mohammed Abu Sido, the director of the association, said that this project comes within the Rowad's attention to extend a helping hand and to meet the needs of needy families’ members for winter clothes. Additionally, it aims at putting smiles on the faces of the needy families, mitigating their suffering, and meeting their needs under severe cold low that is hitting the region. Mr. Abu Sido said that Rowad will continue covering the needs of poor families, especially during winter.

For their part, the beneficiary families thanked Rowad Association and the Organization of Miles of Smiles on for funding this project ,and hope to continue supporting needy families.

Mr. Rabah Bakhit, president of the association, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the philanthropists in Libya and institutions and donor support for the steadfastness of the Palestinian people and emphasized that the association will continue to provide relief and development services to all spectrums of the society.
