Rowad opens a course in "Calligraphy"

Rowad Association for Community Development, in association with General Directorate of Training in the Ministry of Sports and Youth, opened a training course in "Calligraphy". The course targets 23 graduate students from different fields and it was delivered by Mr. Taher Lulu.

The course consists of 3 classes per week (30 training hours) and it aims at examining major sides in the calligraphy. It studies the definition of calligraphy, it importance, it tools, improvement of its skill and identifying its types as Kufi and Dewani.

Mohammed Abu Side, head of the association, said that this course comes within a series of developmental programs and projects target the youth and promot their abilities.

It is worth mentioning that Rowad finished lately a course in Communication Skills and a course is Introduction and Presentation Skills.
