Rowad Association for Community Development, in cooperation with Holy Quran and Sunnah Association, finished the first stage (semi final) of Holy Quran competition entitled "Enchanting Voices in the Recitation of words of the Almighty Allah". The competition is interested in charming enchanting voices from Amer projects and Ebad Elrahman areas. The stage included 31 participants and only 7 qualified to the final stage to compete on the first three positions.   

Mr. Mohammed Abu Sido, director of the association , said that the competition aims at promoting the recitation of Holy Quran and showing the talents of reciters. He added that it is the first of its kind in the targeted area, and it comes as part of the association's policy to concentrate on reciting and memorizing the Holy Quran. He pointed out that after this competition, another one will be for all areas of Gaza.

It is worth mentioning that Alqsa radio, Holy Quran Radio in the Islamic University and Palestine newspaper are the media sponsorships of the competition.
