Rowad Association for Community Development received a Libyan-Moroccan delegation, works in relief field, in its office in Gaza. The delegation came to Gaza within "Miles of Smiles 20 Convoy". The delegation included Mr. Abduallah El Shaybani, head of the Moroccan side, Mr. Abdulghani El Saberi, head of the Libyan side and members of the delegation. Mr. Rabah Bekhet, head of the association, Mr. Osama Abdo, secretary, Mr. Mohammed Abu Sido, director of the association, Dr. Walid El Amodi, head of charity associations Rassemblement in Gaza, Mr. Abdulnabi El Rantisi, head of associations Rassemblement in Gaza and members of board of directors were in the reception of the delegation.

Mr. Bekhet welcomed the delegation and he appreciated the sincere efforts of Morocco and Libya in support people of Gaza, especially in the light of the tight siege.

Dr. El Shaybani talked about the nature of their visit saying that "we came to tackle the needs and projects in close, so we can contribute in alleviating the suffering of Gazans. Moreover, What we offer for Gaza is not compared with sacrifices the Gazan people make"

From his side, Mr. El Saberi praised the role of Rowad and its developmental projects that serve lots of Palestinians. He also said that the association is pioneering body in developmental charity work in Gaza Strip.

It is worth mentioning that Rowad, lately, received many Arab and foreign delegations.
