Believing in our humanitarian responsibility to help our great people in these hard conditions, Rowad Society for Social Development distributed 1000 school bags and stationary to the poor and affected families from the last war on Gaza with donations from Viva Palestina-Malaysia, noting that the implantation of this projectcoincides the coming of the new school year.

Mr.Mohammad Abo Seedo, the manager of Rowad Society, clarified that this project is a humanitarian and moral responsibility that Rowad is obliged to since years in order to ease life burdens off poor, needy and affected students due to the continuous Israeli onslaughts which lead the economic condition worse causing 100000 affected people from the last war on Gaza indicating that 85% of Gaza people are living under poverty line according to the last statistics. Worsening conditions increase the responsibilities of the institutions and non-governmental societies.

Mr. Abo Seedo emphasized on the necessity of continuing its efforts which are always exerted by those merciful people who feel others’ pains to help them, and he thanked Viva Palestina-Malaysia for these efforts demanding all of the philanthropists and charity institutions inside and outside Palestine to intensigy their efforts in order to reinforce Palestinian’s steadfastness.

On their turn, the families of the students who benefited from this project extended their thanks and appreciation to the society.
