With support of the Omani civil initiative to support Palestine, Rowad society for Community Development distributed  alms to the poor families in Gaza City.

 Engineer Mohammed Abu Sido, the director of the society, said that the distribution of this aid considered as one of the society goals to ease the economic burdens over  the poor and needy families under the continuing Israeli blockade on the Gaza Strip that started years ago and  the deterioration of living conditions after fierce war on the Gaza Strip. He also stressed on the society role in supporting the poor families by usin all its facilities to support their steadfastness and relieve their suffering; he called on the charitable institutions and good people to support and help the poor families in the Gaza Strip.
