During the holy month of Ramadan and within the campaign of Gurras Alkhair of Ramadan -2, Rowad Society for Social Development distributed hundreds of food baskets of Ramadan to the poor families with the generous support from Hayrat Aid – Turkey.

For his part, Mohammed Abu Sido, Rowad’s executive manager, said that the distribution of Ramadan baskets is part of the series of seasonal programs carried out by Rowad and within the campaign of Guraas Al-Khayr of Ramadan for the second season, which was launched by the Society to help and support the families under difficult living conditions. The project includes: mass iftars, Eid clothes project, ALMS and the orphans and poor’s sponsorships.  

The benefited families expressed their deep thanks to Rowad society and the good people and Hayrat society for their efforts to help the people of Palestine and the people of the Gaza Strip in particular.
